About Me

I'm Bernat, a language enthusiast and professional interpreter, translator and proofreader.

I have provided interpretation, translation and proofreading services since 2022.
I have experience as an interpreter and translator in the medical, corporate and cultural sectors.
Projects I have been involved in have covered a wide range of topics, including medicine, politics, agriculture, migration and theology.
I have prior experience working at events that dealt with confidential information.
I work in line with the Code of Professional Ethics set out by AIIC (the International Association of Conference Interpreters).
I have had the opportunity to collaborate with one of the pedagogical units in the Directorate General for Interpretation in the European Commission.
My training includes a master’s degree in Conference Interpreting from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which included an internship as a translator at the Catalan government’s audit office.
